Am going to group the types of body shapes into four :
Pear shaped body
Hourglass shaped body
Apple shaped body
Athletic shaped body
The pear shaped body is also known as "the triangle shape" have the following features:
They have a wider waist than their bust
Also consider yourself to have fuller hips
Have narrow shoulders in comparison to your hips
They have a fuller rear.
The hourglass shaped body is also known as "the curvy". Ladies with the hourglass shaped type of body have the following features:
Their body is described as curvy
They have a well-defined waist
Your bust and hip measurements are roughly even.
They may also have a fuller bust, hips and thighs
The next shape type is the apple shaped body also known as "inverted triangle. With this type of body shape ,you are generally well-proportioned and your shoulders are broader than your hips.
You are not necessarily that curvy through your hips.
You do not have a well-defined waist line.
Athletic shaped body type also known as "rectangular or straight shape". They have the following features :
They are not particularly curvy
Their shoulders and hips measurements are nearly or almost the same.
Their waists are not very small or well-defined, but it is rather straight up and down.
The weight of an athletic shaped body type is fairly and evenly distributed through out their body.
